David Schulz
David first met the Karen people during the summer of 2004 while volunteering at an children’s home in Mae Sot, northern Thailand. David graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a BA in Media Communications, and is using his talents to make this film project creative, unique and brilliant. He is a talented camera man with an eye for the beautiful, and a passion to make a difference. He’s the coolest guy you’ll ever meet, yet the most down to earth. He has big hair, a big heart, and a laugh that could evacuate a movie theater!

Dustin Kinney
Dustin is the heart and soul of the team. It was Dustin's spur of the moment tour around the world in 2003 that led us to the story of the Karen people. He is the inspiration and the motivation behind the project. He has a BA in International Development from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego California, and he is hoping that through the course of economic and political development in Burma, we never forget the main factor: The people. Dustin is crazy, dramatic, and passionate. He loves life, the unknown, big dreams and rocking out to Enrique Iglesias!

Brett Thornton
Brett is the creative and innovative mind behind the project. Brett studied Political Science at San Diego State University, and is hoping to aid in the development of policy alongside the ethnic minorities of Burma, so that if, and when, freedom becomes realized, there will be a developing infrastructure to maintain that freedom. Brett always keeps us laughing, keeps us looking over our shoulder for another prank, and continually reminds us that life is short; laugh, love, and make a difference.

Bryan Monzon
Wow, what would we do without Bryan? Bryan is the guy who loves to be unnoticed, the guy who takes our crazy ideas and makes them tangible. He’s always serious, yet simultaneously care free, stressed for time, but always has time when it’s needed, funny, yet shy, he’s… well… he’s just Bryan. See how this shy guy who never left the country found himself running through the jungles of Burma with a video camera!
